The results, design of the product differs from the picture on the site!Sometimes it can happen, because our packagings can evolved and colours can be a little different from the ones in the pictures, but it won't change the formulas at all, they stay the same ! |
How much are the shipping costs?You have to pay 8€ but shipping is free from 65€. |
How long does the shipping take?We deliver from France. Our team prepare your order during the 48 hours following your order confirmation (excluded the weekend ) Postal service will bring your package at home on 5 days. So you have to wait 6 days may be one week. |
Do you have express delivery service?Not for the moment, we keep on working on this |
How can I pay the order? Which are the payment methods?You can pay by cards with the Pay Plug secured platform or with a Paypal account. |
How do returns work?You have to write an e-mail to contact@lazartigue.com to ask how to proceed, you have 15 days until you received the order to ask for a return. |
How will a refund be returned to me?When we receive your return in our store house, you will automatically be refund with the same payment method you used to order ( Paypal account, or the account attached to the credit card you used ) |
