How do I start an order? It's really easy :)

1. You have to go on the website
2. Choose your product(s) (may be you can make the online capillar diagnosis first to know our advices)
3. Click on the product you want to add to the basket
4. Click on add to the basket
5. Go to your basket, here you can change the quantities or delete some products before begining the check out
6. Begin the check out :

• Option 1 :Choose to entry your email and phone number without creating a customer account, be a guest ;)  - Option 2 : Create a customer account - Option 3 : You already have an account : you can connect to it
• Entry your delivery informations
• Don't forget to entry any promotion code, below your basket sum up
• Validate and go to the next step to check your informations are right
  
• Go to the last step : Paiement ! Choose the way you want to pay : by card on the secured platform Pay Plug or with your Paypal account

You will receive a confirmation order email and message on your phone if you choose this option.

I have problems with an order, what should I do or contact with?

Which is the current status of my order? To who should I ask it? How can I know it?

You can check your order status at any time by connecting your customer account, if you choose not to create and account, don't worry, we'll send different emails (and phone messages if you choose this option) :

• Order Confirmation
• Your order has been sent

You have a doubt you can write an e-mail to contact@lazartigue.com.

The results, design of the product differs from the picture on the site!

Sometimes it can happen, because our packagings can evolved and colours can be a little different from the ones in the pictures, but it won't change the formulas at all, they stay the same !

How much are the shipping costs?

You have to pay 8€ but shipping is free from 65€.

How long does the shipping take?

We deliver from France. Our team prepare your order during the 48 hours following your order confirmation (excluded the weekend )

Postal service will bring your package at home on 5 days.

So you have to wait 6 days may be one week.

Do you have express delivery service?

Not for the moment, we keep on working on this

How can I pay the order? Which are the payment methods?

You can pay by cards with the Pay Plug secured platform or with a Paypal account.

How do returns work?

You have to write an e-mail to contact@lazartigue.com to ask how to proceed, you have 15 days until you received the order to ask for a return.

How will a refund be returned to me?

When we receive your return in our store house, you will automatically be refund with the same payment method you used to order ( Paypal account, or the account attached to the credit card you used )
